Research Interests:

Freshwater macroinvertebrate ecology, stream ecology, invasive species in the Great Lakes, ecological stoichiometry, mercury in the environment, insect behavioral ecology.

Current Research Projects:

  • Impact of non-native round gobies in Lake Erie tributary streams.
  • Role of intraguild predation on invasion success in amphipods.
  • Investigating learning and memory differences in predator avoidance behavior of invasive crayfish.
